After 40 minutes of delay with no explanation they simply told us that the flight was pushed back yet again. Out of frustration I tweeted
"40 minutes after our take off time they finally tell us we're delayed another 40 minutes
I got no response.
Another 30 minutes or so pass and I tweet this
"Seriously. I never have a good experience flying
They tweeted back almost instantly with this message
"My apologies for the delay. Are you making a connection? Pls shoot us a tweet if you need to check on the status."
Moral of the story: If you having trouble with customer service on an airline bring up United Breaks Guitar and the airlines will quickly sing a different song.
